MONDAY’s Good Hair Gang is an exclusive program for college students across the US, Canada and UK. If accepted, you’ll become part of our amazing college ambassador community – you’ll get the opportunity to promote MONDAY on your campus, complete a variety of challenges, earn rewards and gain professional development.

WHAT DOES MONDAY'S GOOD HAIR GANG DO?
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
SPREADING THE MONDAY M.O.: As an ambassador for MONDAY Haircare, you will be well-versed on our brand, ethos and products and be excited to spread the word about MONDAY and our approach to having more good hair days.
CONTENT: You will be responsible for delivering content each month for MONDAY’s social channels (predominantly Instagram and TikTok) as well as posting on your own social channels highlighting our products and their benefits, through direct callouts and tagged posts.
ON-CAMPUS PROMOTION: You will be tasked with promoting our products within your college campus network. This may take the form of IRL activations and sampling, organising gifting within your sorority and/or campus, and helping plan and execute exciting events and fun social media moments.

FREE STUFF: In the form of product and merch. Think: your own routine of our multi-award-winning haircare, a full set of MONDAY Merch, and first access to any and all new products we launch. There will also be opps to earn one-off vouchers for our retail partners in your region.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: You will have the opportunity to develop your marketing, content, communication and social media skills, as well as gain experience working with a reputable and highly successful global beauty brand. You’ll have regular catch-ups with MONDAY’s in-house marketing team.
NETWORKING AND RELATIONSHIPS: You’ll have increased opportunities to network and build relationships among your peers and fellow college ambassadors.
